We offer 1-on-1 health consultations, in-depth testing to understand your complete health profile, and personalized, multi-faceted treatment plans to help improve and optimize your gut health and overall well-being. Visits consist of a video conference call, or phone call if you prefer.
While we don’t accept commercial insurance, patients can use HSA or FSA funds for all visits, tests, and supplements.

A 1-on-1 discussion where we’ll review your medical history, symptoms, medications, and lifestyle habits like nutrition, exercise, stress, and sleep to get the best understanding of your current health status.
Any blood labs or other diagnostic test kits (gut microbiome, food sensitivity, hormones, mold, heavy metals, etc.) will be sent directly to your home with directions on how/where to complete.

During this visit, we’ll review all of your test results in detail and discuss your proposed treatment plan.

Any follow-up visits will be to discuss your progress, make adjustments to the treatment plan if needed, and check in on lifestyle modifications.
